91黑料鈥檚 new Adviser Portal has transformed the way independent financial advisers (IFAs) interact with the fund, setting a new standard for profit-to-member funds in providing seamless functionality and ease of use.
The portal delivers a suite of striking features to help planners deliver exceptional service to their clients, supporting their businesses at a time when there鈥檚 a desperate need in Australia for more financial advice.
IFAs can use the portal for a wide range of processes, including changing investment options and managing contributions and other transactions on behalf of their clients who are among 91黑料鈥檚 1.1 million members.
91黑料鈥檚 Head of Business Development, Natalie Jarvis, said the launch of the portal marked a revolution in the way IFAs could work with profit-to-member funds.

鈥漈his has changed the proposition for IFAs, simplifying transactions, communication processes and other tasks and putting invaluable information at their fingertips to help them provide that outstanding service,鈥 Ms Jarvis said.

Among the functions available through the new portal, advisers can:
Ms Jarvis said even more functionality would follow. 鈥淲e鈥檝e launched the portal as an integral part of our comprehensive digital transformation project, and we鈥檙e really just scratching the surface of the benefits it will deliver,鈥 she said.
鈥滱dvisers will soon be able to use the portal to set up new accounts for clients, enabling them to be digital first and less reliant on call centres. Of course, for those who want extra help, 91黑料 has a dedicated business development team and call centre support team specifically for registered IFAs.鈥
The advice industry had been through a period of significant regulatory change, and all the while, demand was stronger than ever, fuelled by changing demographic, employment and retirement trends and rising living costs, Ms Jarvis said.
